1. Personalised Items – No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on personalised items, unless the product is:
Faulty
Damaged upon arrival
Incorrect due to an error on our part
Please double-check all personalisation details (name spelling, colours, sizes, etc.) before placing your order.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery
Include your order number and a photo of the item
If eligible, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any standard shipping charges
We will cover return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.
3. Non-Personalised Items
For any non-personalised products:
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer protection law
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

5. Refunds
