1. Personalised Items – No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on personalised items, unless the product is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect due to an error on our part

Please double-check all personalisation details (name spelling, colours, sizes, etc.) before placing your order.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and a photo of the item

  • If eligible, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including any standard shipping charges

We will cover return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.

3. Non-Personalised Items

For any non-personalised products:

  • You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer protection law

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

4. How to Start a Return

Please email us at Littlethreadco@hotmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if applicable

We aim to respond within 2-3 working days.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your return (if applicable), we will:

  • Inspect the item

  • Process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
